Let's start with your brand

We'll send your application link here.
A few quick questions
These help us check fit before going further.
Select any that apply to your brand — this is how you'd describe yourselves. It helps us understand and position your story; it doesn't affect whether your application moves forward.
Note: a “No” on the Philippines questions or on ethical production won't end your application — we note it and the Frankie Brand Team reviews it by hand (e.g. a maker who assembles abroad, or a sole maker). You'll continue to the next step. See the “not moving forward” screen → (a manual, edge-case outcome — not the automatic result of a “No”)
Thank you for your interest
Frankie curates brands that are designed, based, and ethically made in the Philippines. After reviewing your application, we're not able to move forward right now. We're grateful you considered us.
“We loved your craftsmanship, but right now our Home & Living shelves are full for this period. We'd genuinely welcome a re-application next period.” — a note from the Frankie Brand Team
If you think we've made a mistake, you can reach us at brands@frankiegeneralstore.com.
Check your email
We've sent a 6-digit code, your application number, and a resume link to you@brand.com. Enter the code to confirm your email. Use the link or your application number to come back any time — you won't lose your progress.

Tell us about your brand & products
Helps us understand fit and the right placement for you.
Select up to 2 — your main category determines placement and pricing.
Where we can see your brand is active — Instagram, TikTok, etc.
A site or a shared catalogue (e.g. Google Drive).
We expect you to be able to produce at least 30 pieces to join in-store.
Thanks — your application is under review
The Frankie Brand Team is reviewing whether your brand is a fit. If it's a match, we'll email you to continue — you'll confirm where you'd like to sell and pick a start date. We'll be in touch shortly.
A few preferences
The Brand Team reviewed your application and would love to have you. Confirm the details below so we can put together your offer.
Not required to join — it just helps us set things up correctly.
Based on your category, here's a rough guide so you know roughly what to expect before you choose where to sell. These are estimated ranges to guide you — your final fees are confirmed in your offer.
Listed in the Frankie online store. Lower monthly listing fee — online reach, no physical shelf space.
Physical shelf space at your branch(es) plus the online store. Higher monthly listing fee — varies by branch and category.
On top of the monthly listing fee, Frankie keeps a share of each sale. Your exact rate is set in your offer.
⚠ Illustrative placeholder figures only — the final fee schedule is still being confirmed. Pricing varies by branch and category, and your actual listing fee, package, and consignment rate are set by the Brand Team and locked in your written offer (not by this form).
Based on your products and audience, the Brand Team suggests these branches (pre-selected). Adjust if you'd like — final placement is confirmed in your offer.
Pick the 1st or 15th of a month, within the current period only — this period runs through September 2026. The earliest date is about 2 weeks out; sooner dates aren't available. Joining a later period? That's a separate form.
By choosing this date, you're committing to have your products ready (at least your minimum) by then.
Preferences received
Thank you! The Brand Team will finalise your offer — locations, package, consignment rate, and start date — and email it to you shortly.
Your offer from Frankie
Review the details below. If anything's off, you can let the Brand Team know.
Contracts run in fixed half-year periods (Apr–Sep and Oct–Mar). Your 1 August start falls in the current Apr–Sep period, so this contract ends 30 September 2026. Fees are prorated — you only pay for the months you're active in this period (here, about 2 months through 30 September), and you'll renew for the next full period after that.
Accepting confirms your interest — nothing is signed yet at this step. We'll be in touch with the contract and payment details to finalise everything. Requesting changes lets us know what you'd like to adjust, and we'll get back to you. Want to read the terms first? Review a sample contract.
Offer accepted — welcome to Frankie!
Great to have you on board. The next step is Finance: we'll send your invoice and contract to sign. Keep an eye on your email — we'll guide you through each step.
